LIME – All Good Things Come to an End… Or do they?

The Wettbars dancfloor is jammed full of clubbers, the music is playing, the vibes are good, and its Thursday?….. Whether its Olav Basoski, Donalde Glaude, Grooverobber, Horsey, or Czech, Lime showcases some of the best DJs in the business today.

When Mike aka Grooverobber invited me down one night I didnt know what to expect. I hadnt really done much weekday clubbing before. But sure enough when 12:00 rolled around the place was full and surging with energy. Olav played a mindblowing set. The crowd absolutely loved everything he put on. Just last night, with Donald Glaude, there was much of the same. People were yelling, girls were trying to get on stage to dance with the DJ, it was just plainly a really good party.

Im not sure what it is, the people, the top notch DJ talent, the space, or the kickass lights and visuals. But Lime definitely has something that people come back to. Or should I say, had. Yes folks, I am sorry to inform you that Lime has officially come to an end. So I would like to give props to the folks at Lime for all the hard work they put in. Its been one hell of a show.

Well it looks like Lime is back in action at Richards. I wrote this article before I knew if they were gonna keep the same name. The did so Lime is on the same night, has the same incredible DJ talent, just at a different space.
