After the madness of Friday evening, Judge Jules kicked off Saturday night in fine style at Punta Es Moli. DJ Gee and Pete Gooding warmed the crowd up and Jules was joined on the stage by Mambo saxophonist Rocky
Then it was Seb Fontaines turn to spin some tunes – joined by Groove Armada and Radio 1s Lottie. One big warm-up for his Manumission Essential Mix gig later on that night…
Pete Tong and Fergie came live from San Antonio – the first of three days of tunes going out with a bang tonight (Sunday) with Dave Pearces Ibiza Anthems.
All the big names have headed out this year, including all the dance DJs from Radio 1, and Sashas already been playing Space:
“Ive got, like, six shows over there in the summer. Ive already done a couple. Its mental out there this year!”
“You always think its not gonna be as good as last year. As soon as you walk into Space on Sunday and the place is going off, its like, welcome back!”
“Its all about the big clubs. You go to Ibiza, especially if youve been there before, and walk into a club like Pacha or Manumission and its stunning. You cant beat it.”
