‘;Airdrawndagger’; Contest

Sasha and BMG have decided to allow fans to download ‘Airdrawndagger’ from Sasha’s website (www.djsasha.com).

On his website Sasha says, “I understand that downloading is not simply going to go away” so he might as well embrace it and try to get people to use their access to other people’s creativity as a means to incite their own creativity.

The individual elements of every song are available for downloading. The goal is to encourage individuals to sample and remix his tracks. Presently, Sasha is running a competition. Anyone can try their hand at remixing any one of the ‘Airdrawndagger’ tracks and submit the polished product to him. The best twenty remixes will be posted in the forum area where fans can listen and vote.

The best remixes may get played at the Winter Music Conference held at Miami Beach, Florida.
