The self proclaimed Don of the Swedish House Mafia (a four piece outfit containing Eric Prydz, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Angello), Angello certainly does not lack the confidence and faith in his ability as a producer needed to succeed in this thriving industry. This self confidence and personality is reflected perfectly on his two productions Im going to have a look at this week, the minimal electroTeasing Mr Charlie and the electro house anthem Straight.
Straight is a melodic, energy infused electro-house anthem which is sure to be a hit with DJs across the country in future months. It delivers a smooth blend between Trance and House, with a powerful, uplifting melody introduced perfectly after an epic build up. This tune is certain to have clubbers everywhere hailing the DJ booth and begging for more.
Teasing Mr Charlie is a fun, bouncy little track which is destined to become a cult classic among Angello fans. Featured on Eddie Hallowells Cream Ibiza album, this track is already getting huge backing from some of the biggest names around, and is a potentially huge club track.
