About this DJ

AUTOBIOGRAPHY profile

Simply put, Italy’s Benny Benassi has earned his spot on the Mount Rushmore of dance music.

The Italian pioneer first rewired global club culture with 2002’s ‘Satisfaction’, a record whose mechanical groove and distorted bassline helped define electro-house for a generation. But Benny’s story has never been about a single track; it’s about momentum.

Across more than two decades, he has bridged underground credibility and global impact, earning GRAMMY recognition for his remix of Public Enemy’s ‘Bring The Noise’ and delivering era-defining records such as ‘Cinema’ with Gary Go, later reimagined by Skrillex into a GRAMMY-winning phenomenon. Albums such as Hypnotica, Rock ’N’ Rave, Electroman and Danceaholic cemented his reputation as a producer equally at home on festival main stages and international charts.

Beyond his own catalogue, he has collaborated with icons that include Madonna, Chris Brown, John Legend, Ne-Yo, Kelis, T-Pain, David Guetta. While maintaining a consistent presence at global festivals such as EDC, Coachella, Ultra and Tomorrowland.

In recent years, a rework of ‘Satisfaction’ with David Guetta and a #1 1001Tracklists hit with Artbat titled ‘Love Is Gonna Save Us’ reaffirmed his influence for a new generation.

With Feel The Bass, Benny Benassi returns to the raw, driving energy that started it all, proving that when the bass hits right, it never goes out of style.
